Design Vault

An Aotearoa directory of design studios for young creatives.
The publication is targeted towards students, recent graduates and young creatives entering the design industry. Design Vault includes all the information a young designer might need on New Zealand’s design scene, curated in one place. To allow the work of the design studios to shine, Design Vault follows a minimalistic system with a structured grid that prioritises communicating information. Design Vault is organised by region, allowing young designers to research studios based on where they live.
This university project originated as a group project, and we were then tasked with developing the publication individually. As a group, we came up with the name, content, and idea. Individually, I dramatically transformed the publication based on feedback and my own personal style to create Design Vault. All the design elements, including colour, layout, typography, were done solely by me.
